Recipe Series #2 ==Soya Pancake== |
I just wanted to make something special for my breakfast today.But because I didn't drink cow milk oftenly, so I substituted it with soya milk. Then voila a pancake was ready to eat...
From its outlook, it's like crepe..but it's so tender and fragrant
Ingredients:
- 140 gr flour
- 200 ml soya milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon molten butter
- Maple syrup (I used Morinaga brand...)
Steps:
- In a basin, mix flour, salt, baking powder using a whisker
- After it mix well, add egg
- Pour milk continously and stir well
- Heat a flat frypan and polish (using cooking brush) with butter
- Pour a little amount of dough and let it dry
- Serve hot with maple syrup
